Shipping and Handling
We ship all products via the USPS. Handling time is typically 24 to 72 hours. Handling time is the time it takes to package your product so it's ready to ship. We do our best to get your packages out fast. Keep in mind we are a small business and not a mega warehouse. Shipping time varies on your location.
Make sure you enter your correct address, email and phone number at checkout. If an item is sent back to Hobo Outdoor Co. because you listed the wrong address you're on the hook for reshipping the order. In the event that you do not want the item reshipped and you want to cancel the order a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
If you are not satisfied with any Hobo Outdoor Co. product for any reason you have 72 hours after delivery to notify us that you would like to return the product. Customers are responsible for shipping on all returns. No returns will be accepted on any product that has been worn, washed or used. If we receive the product back and it shows any signs of use we will not issue a refund. Again, we will not issue refunds for products that have been worn, washed or used. No one wants to spend their hard earned money on a new product to receive a used one. We throughly hand inspect every item returned. If the item returned meets the return criteria you will be issued a refund less the original shipping.
